Return Conditions

Customers have the right to return a product within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:

• The product is undamaged;
• The original packaging is preserved;
• There are no signs of use.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Procedure

Exchanges are possible for another product or a different variation of the same product, subject to any price difference. All returns and exchanges must be arranged in advance via email at Info@collectors.ge.
